Clearpath Robotics TurtleBot 4

Wheeled robot by Clearpath Robotics, Kitchener, CA

TurtleBot 4 is the ROS 2 reference mobile robot made by Clearpath Robotics with Open Robotics: an iRobot Create 3 base carrying a Raspberry Pi 4, a 2D lidar and an OAK-D Pro depth camera. The Standard model adds a sensor tower and a user-interface board for expansion, while the Lite keeps the lidar and camera in a lower, simpler package. It is aimed at robotics courses and navigation research.

Editor's notes

Unverified (free text): Lite price; Lite specs; lidar model on Lite. Specs in attributes are for the Standard (RPi 4B 4 GB, RPLIDAR A1, OAK-D Pro, 341 x 339 x 351 mm, 9 kg default / 15 kg custom payload, 2.5–4 h runtime — lower bound recorded). Robotics Center page is inconsistent on weight (3.9 kg spec vs '20 kg net weight' header; spec value used). RobotShop's Lite page returned an error, so no Lite price. No fetched page states the drive configuration or navigation stack explicitly, so drive_config and navigation are omitted. links.product URL from search listing (clearpathrobotics.com product/shop pages not fetched; the blog fetched).
